ARTICLE: From Little Acorns - University of Oxford Alumni Article
Friday 7th November witnessed the planting by volunteers, in just one day, of a new infant oak pasture woodland by the River Thames, an extension of Wytham Wood on its western boundary. In 2022, acorns were gathered from ancient Oxfordshire oaks by Benedict Pollard, Founder of Mighty Fine Oaks and donated to the Friends and Supporters of Wytham Woods to grow on at home.
