Northamptonshire is home to Cottesbrooke Hall, and a wonderful private location the owners have asked us not to name. ​Burghley House was historically inside Northamptonshire, as shown on the old county maps we use, but in modern times it is a part of Lincolnshire, the park sits within Cambridgeshire.
