Map of the 'Mother' oaks

The map below shows the locations of 'mother' oaks we have visited and gathered acorns from. Zoom in and click on a county to take you to its specific page, showing the locations and trees.

This is a work in progress. Oxfordshire is the most complete county. The maps will be finished by the end of December 2025.

Some landowners have requested that they remain private and are marked accordingly.

The Oak Trees

We’re honoured to offer a selection of saplings grown from exceptionally special oak trees, each grown with care and reverence for their ancient lineage.

These trees carry stories rooted in the land—symbols of strength, wisdom, and continuity.

Whether you're planting to celebrate a loved one, enrich your landscape, or steward a living legacy, we invite you to join us in preserving and propagating the majestic heritage of the oaks.

We are in the process of adding pictures and details of the ancient 'mother' oak trees. Click the links above to explore these extraordinary beings.

We have oak saplings grown from around 200 mother oaks in about 50 incredible locations around England.
